From Salvador

Via a direct 30-minute flight via Abaeté www.voeabaete.com.br, check days, times and prices.

Via Ferry Boat: total by car 6 to 7 hours, plus waiting for the Ferry Boat and road conditions.

Cross the Baía de Todos os Santos with the Ferry Boat, about 50 minutes to Bom Despacho. From there take the BR-001 towards Nazaré-Valença to Camamú, it's 170km. In Camamú, take a speedboat crossing (30 minutes) to Barra Grande (last boat at 5pm) and from there a gardener or taxi leaves you at the door of the inn. The second alternative is to continue by car along the BR-030 which crosses the Peninsula via Marau (50km) to the inn's door. The BR-030 is dirt road but the car no longer needs to be tracked. The road has been improved.

Via BR-324: total by car 8 to 9 hours, depending on road conditions.

Continue along BR-101 until Santo Antônio de Jesus and then BR-001 towards Nazaré-Valença until Camamú. From there, follow the same path as in option 1.

From Ilheus: total drive 3 hours, depending on road conditions.

1) The best route is along the new section of BA-001 between Itacaré and Camamú. The intersection with BR-030 is 15 km after Itacaré. You don't need to cross by ferry. Continue along the BR-030 which crosses the Peninsula via Maraú (50km) until the guesthouse door. The BR-030 is dirt road but the car no longer needs to be tracked. The road has been improved.

2) Use the BR-101 to Travessão and then the BR-001 to Camamu, approximately 140 km.
In Camamú there are 02 alternatives, taking a speedboat (30 minutes) to Barra Grande (last boat at 5 pm) and then a gardener or taxi will leave you at the door of the inn.
